I have many favorite brands, but today I’m going to share one that makes the stomach smile! Brandt Beef is a family owned, premium natural beef producer dedicated to sustainable practices and serves the upscale restaurant and retail markets. They compete with Kobe Beef and serve Japan and markets all over the world.

Benito Juarez’s famous quote is a personal proverb and continues to be well-remembered in Mexico: “Entre los individuos, como entre las naciones, el respeto al derecho ajeno es la paz”, meaning “Among individuals, as among nations, respect for the rights of others is peace.”
