I have had the unique opportunity to grow up in marketing and business throughout my life in education, careers, family, and friends. I’m inherently gifted with numbers, and I can recall as a young child being fascinated with everything statistics. To this day, I spend many waking hours (maybe too many if you ask those closest to me) researching companies and their marketing strategies. My love of numbers and logic influenced me to major in Business Marketing at Virginia Commonwealth University. This collegiate experience strengthened my goal of striving for a career in the business marketing industry. Since my graduation, I have worked at State Farm, Capital One, the San Diego Chargers, and am currently at Robert Half. I am incredibly grateful for my experiences at these reputable companies and the valuable knowledge I have attained. My sights remain fixed on furthering my marketing and business acumen and career trajectory.

I was involved in my local AMA chapter in college at VCU, so once I moved to San Diego last year, I decided to get involved in the local San Diego Chapter. I have found tremendous value in the AMA, both in college and presently. The networking and professional development opportunities have had a large impact on helping me excel in my marketing career. I have had an absolutely fantastic experience thus far and can’t wait to see how the AMA continues to positively impact my career trajectory!
