Jen is a marketing and communications leader with a career spanning agency, in-house, and consulting roles. She’s worked with organizations of all sizes to help clarify messaging, build credibility, and connect strategy to tangible business outcomes.

Early in her career, mentors played a pivotal role in helping her recognize her strengths and build confidence—support she now loves paying forward.

As a mentor, Jen focuses on helping professionals to identify what they’re good at (even when they’re not sure yet), navigate career decisions intentionally, and grow into leadership in their own authentic way.
