A Message from the New President of AMA San Diego

Dear AMA San Diego Community,

As the new President of AMA San Diego, I am honored and excited to address you today. It is a privilege to follow Claudia Chow, whose outstanding leadership and commitment have propelled our organization to new levels over the past year. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Claudia and the entire board for their exceptional contributions.

As we stand on the brink of a new era, I am filled with excitement for the amazing opportunities and growth awaiting us. Significant achievements have characterized the past year, and I am dedicated to further strengthening this solid foundation.

Building on the success of last year, we will keep innovating and launching exciting new initiatives. We will seek fresh approaches to enhance our signature events and deliver transformative experiences for all participants. By welcoming change and staying ahead of emerging trends, we will ensure that our chapter continues to lead in the San Diego marketing industry.

I am particularly excited about our goals for this year, which include increasing sponsorships and strategic partnerships to bring more resources and opportunities to our chapter. We will focus on building depth within our board and committees, enhancing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and increasing membership and engagement.

I am deeply thankful for the outstanding board members who commit themselves to serving our community. Your vision, dedication, and steadfast commitment have been crucial to our success, and I am excited to work alongside each of you in the upcoming year.

To the volunteers who generously contribute their time and expertise, your efforts are truly invaluable. Your passion and enthusiasm greatly influence every event and initiative, and I sincerely appreciate your dedication.

As I begin this journey as President, I feel a profound sense of responsibility and a deep appreciation for the privilege of serving this community. The collective spirit, creativity, and dedication that characterize AMA San Diego inspire me, and I am devoted to honoring the legacy we have built.
